Case 471

assigned

Report English

Normal articulation relationships. As far as comparable, unchanged position of the bony PCL avulsion with fissural extensions into the intercondylar eminence and the anteromedial tibial plateau. Bone bruise especially dorsal adjacent to the PCL avulsion. LCL and MCL intact. Normal depiction of the ACL. The dorsal IM and AM roots are attached to the fragment and thus also avulsed. Otherwise, unremarkable depiction of the lateral meniscus. Medial meniscus shows mucoid signal alteration, no discernible tear. Marked hemarthrosis. Dorsal subcutaneous fluid accumulation. As far as comparable, unchanged position of the bony avulsion of the PCL and the dorsal roots of the medial and lateral meniscus, otherwise without discernible tearing. Fissural fracture extensions into the intercondylar eminence and the anteromedial tibial plateau. Associated bone bruise especially dorsal adjacent to the PCL avulsion. ACL and collateral ligaments intact. Marked hemarthrosis.
