Case 371
assignedReport English
Normal articulation and alignment in the knee joint. No relevant degenerations. Normal bone marrow signal throughout. No indication of a fracture or bone bruise. No high-grade chondropathy in the femoropatellar and femorotibial regions. Fluid adjacent to the slightly signal-altered continuous MCL, differential diagnosis for partial lesion. Anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments as well as lateral collateral ligament are intact. Quadriceps and patellar tendons are intact without signal alteration. Normal configuration of the slightly signal-altered menisci without evidence of tearing. Accentuated joint fluid. Unremarkable presentation of the soft tissues. Suspected partial lesion of the MCL with adjacent fluid to the slightly signal-altered continuous MCL. Otherwise, no internal knee damage. Accentuated joint fluid.
