Case 367

assigned

Report English

Normal articulation and alignment in the knee joint. Mild bone marrow edema in the weight-bearing zone of the middle compartment. Otherwise, normal bone marrow signal throughout. No indication of a fracture or bone bruise. Deep chondropathy of the medial femur (4/21). Otherwise, no high-grade chondropathy in the femoropatellar and femorotibial areas. Anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments are intact. Medial collateral ligament shows signal alteration. Lateral collateral ligament is intact. Quadriceps and patellar tendons are intact without signal alteration. Corresponding resection defect, particularly in the pars intermedia, following partial resection of the medial meniscus. The remaining meniscal parts are postoperatively signal-altered without clear tear formation. Lateral meniscus shows slight signal alteration without clear tear formation. Small joint effusion. Small Baker's cyst. Soft tissues appear unremarkable. Normal postoperative condition. Corresponding resection defect following partial resection of the medial meniscus. The remaining meniscal parts show signal alteration without clear tear formation. Deep chondropathy of the medial femur. Mild bone marrow edema in the weight-bearing zone of the middle compartment. Small joint effusion. Small Baker's cyst.
