Medial Compartment:
Post-chondroplasty in the weight-bearing zone of the dorsomedial femoral condyle, the plastic is correctly positioned at cartilage level with only slight adjacent subchondral bone edema. No undermining fluid signal. Subtotal resection of the medial meniscus with corresponding substance defect. Intact MCL.
Lateral Compartment:
Normal bone marrow signal. Intact cartilage. Intact lateral meniscus. Intact LCL. Tenodesis of the ALL.
Femoropatellar Gliding Surface and Trochlea:
Normal bone marrow signal. Intact cartilage. Normal depiction of the quadriceps and patellar tendons.
Cruciate Ligaments:
Properly positioned ACL graft with slight surrounding arthrofibrosis. Nodular appearing portion ventrally in the notch (Series 6/Image 18).
Musculature and Other Soft Tissues:
Slight joint effusion with thickened synovia. Type C mediopatellar plica according to Sakakibara. Properly positioned and intact ACL graft as well as lateral tenodesis of the ALL according to Lemaire. Slight arthrofibrosis around the ACL graft with nodular emphasis ventrally in the notch, with corresponding clinical differential diagnosis of cyclops lesion. Still slight bone edema around the drill channels. Substance defect of the medial meniscus after subtotal resection, no new meniscal tear formation. Post-chondroplasty on the dorsomedial femoral condyle in the weight-bearing zone, it is correctly positioned at cartilage level without undermining fluid signal, with still associated subchondral edema. Accompanying slight joint effusion and chronic irritative synovitis.
