assigned

Report English

Minimally dehiscent multifragmentary fracture of the intercondylar eminence with bony avulsion of the ACL and the posterior horn root of the medial meniscus. Impression component/involvement of the dorsolateral tibial plateau. The PCL on the tibial side and the posterior horn root of the medial meniscus are swollen and signal-altered. Non-displaced fracture line in the proximal tibia extending subcortically ventromedially. Slight bone bruise also in the lateral femoral condyle at the sulcus terminalis without a defined fracture line. Small radial tear at the free edge of the medial meniscus in the pars intermedia. Significant hemarthrosis. Periarticular diffuse hemorrhages/fluid accumulations. Minimally dehiscent multifragmentary fracture of the intercondylar eminence with bony avulsion of the ACL and the posterior horn root of the medial meniscus. Impression component/involvement of the dorsolateral tibial plateau. The PCL on the tibial side and the posterior horn root of the medial meniscus are swollen and signal-altered, differential diagnosis (partial) lesion. Non-displaced split component in the proximal tibia extending subcortically ventromedially.
