Case 231
assignedReport English
Regular and intact depiction of the posterior cruciate ligament without evidence of dehiscence (6/24). Unremarkable depiction of the anterior cruciate ligament without dehiscence or indication of rupture. Mucoid alteration of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus (7/10) without meniscal tear formation. Mild, medially accentuated gonarthrosis with superficially reduced cartilage coverage in the weight-bearing zone. Focally deeper chondropathy in the trochlea and on the medial condyle with subchondral edema formation (6/16). Also, retropatellar on the medial facet, there is a higher-grade reduction in cartilage coverage (8/15) and focally deeper on the lateral facet. No meniscal tear formation, ligamentous apparatus intact. Fluid-filled Baker's cyst (6/30) with adjacent diffusely extending fluid on the medial gastrocnemius, differential diagnosis of a previous rupture. Accentuated joint fluid. Mild, medially accentuated gonarthrosis with superficially reduced cartilage coverage in the weight-bearing zone and mucoid changes of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. Focally deeper chondropathy in the trochlea and on the medial condyle with subchondral edema formation. Also, retropatellar on the medial facet, there is a higher-grade reduction in cartilage coverage and focally deeper on the lateral facet. No meniscal tear formation, ligamentous apparatus intact. Fluid-filled Baker's cyst with adjacent diffusely extending fluid on the medial gastrocnemius, differential diagnosis of a previous rupture. Accentuated joint fluid.
