Horizontal tear of the medial meniscus at the posterior horn (3/81) and fraying on the underside with mucoid degeneration at the pars intermedia. Cruciate ligaments intact. Collateral ligaments intact. Medially accentuated chondropathy in the weight-bearing zone up to complete femoropatellar chondropathy (8/21), progressive. Localized full-thickness chondropathy with cortical thinning at the trochlea measuring 27 x 18 mm (ml x cc; 7/16.5/24). Signal elevations in the patellar ligament and to a lesser extent in the quadriceps tendon indicative of enthesiopathy. Slightly fluid-filled Baker's cyst. Compared to 09/2017, progressive medial, currently moderate gonarthrosis with focal full-thickness chondropathy now in the femoral load-bearing zone. Progressive full-thickness chondropathy area with cortical thinning in the trochlea measuring 27 x 18 mm (ml x cc; 7/16, 5/24). Slight superficial chondropathy also retropatellar. Horizontal tear in the posterior horn with mucoid signal alterations and fraying on the underside at the transition to the pars intermedia. Ligamentous apparatus intact. Accentuated joint fluid, barely fluid-filled Baker's cyst. Marked enthesiopathic changes in the patellar tendon, less so in the quadriceps tendon.
