Case 152
assignedReport English
Partial rupture of the proximal MCL (Grade 2) with significant surrounding subcutaneous hemorrhages and increased fluid in the bursa of the collateral ligament. POL intact. Focal deep chondropathy on the medial patellar facet with a small mediopatellar plica (7/6). Cruciate ligaments intact. Menisci intact. External ligaments intact. No fracture. Slightly blood-tinged joint effusion. Tiny Baker's cyst with a diameter of 6 mm. Patellar tendon intact. Proximal partial lesion (Grade II) of the MCL with diffuse surrounding hemorrhages and fluid accumulation, also in the bursa of the collateral ligament. POL intact. Suspected focal deep chondral lesion on the medial retropatellar facet with a small mediopatellar plica. Accompanying slight, blood-tinged joint effusion. Otherwise, no internal knee damage.
