Case 104
assignedReport English
No edema signal in the captured bony structures. Normal joint positioning. Centered position of the patella. Normal appearance of the retropatellar cartilage as well as the femorotibial cartilage, no chondropathy. Intact appearance of the medial and lateral collateral ligaments. At most, minimal pinpoint faint signal increase in the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus (6/21) differential diagnosis mucoid degeneration. Furthermore, intact appearance of the medial and lateral meniscus without evidence of a tear. Intact fiber course of the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments. Normal appearance of the quadriceps tendon and patellar tendon without evidence of a rupture. Normal signal of the surrounding soft tissues. Slight joint fluid, no significant joint effusion. No discernible free joint bodies. No evidence of internal knee damage. In particular, cruciate and collateral ligaments as well as menisci are intact. No bucket handle tear, no free joint bodies. No bone bruise.
